04 · The hours
Mark a hearing or a client meeting billable and log it as a time entry on the matter. The hours follow the length of the event, so month-end isn't rebuilt from memory.
A 9:00 to 10:30 hearing logs as 1.50 hours. All-day events stay off the time sheet.
The entry lands on the linked matter, next to the rest of the case's time.

No. Legasus syncs both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook. Changes made in Legasus go out right away, and changes made in Google or Outlook come back on the next scheduled sync. Each matter also has its own calendar, which stays inside Legasus.
Yes. You can lay a colleague's calendar over your own. You see each event's title, time, and type. Their notes, location, attendees, and meeting link stay off your view, and their events are read only unless they share a calendar with you with Edit access.
Yes. A Court Date event has Court Name, Jurisdiction, and Docket Number fields, and any event can be linked to its matter. Legasus has eight event types: Event, Court Date, Deadline, Client Meeting, Deposition, Mediation, Arbitration, and Filing.
Yes. Mark the event billable and choose Log as Time Entry. The hours follow the length of the event and land on the linked matter. All-day events can't be logged as time.
No. Legasus doesn't import dockets or compute deadlines from court rules. You or your team put hearings and deadlines on the calendar, and each one carries its court details and matter from then on.
Calendar Copilot works by proposal. It can tell you what's due and find an open hour, then it proposes the event, and someone on your team approves the proposal before the event is created.
Legasus works in the browser on phones and tablets. You can also keep using the Google or Outlook calendar already on your phone, and firm events sync there both ways.
