When you ask it to schedule something, it drafts the event as a proposal. The proposal shows up in the chat and in the Agent Queue, and nothing from it is saved until someone on your team approves it. Rejected proposals are dismissed. Approved events are saved with a note that reads "Created by Legasus Agent · Approved by" and the approver's name.

Statute of limitations dates from each matter's incident record or intake checklist, and events marked as deadlines on the firm calendar. It looks 60 days ahead unless you ask for a different window, lists the closest dates first with the days left, and flags statute dates inside 14 days and calendar deadlines inside 7 days or marked high priority.

You tell it how long you need. It checks busy times on the firm calendar for the next 7 days, on weekdays between 9 and 5 unless you ask for other hours, and offers up to six open windows, earliest first. It works from the firm calendar, not from each colleague's personal availability, so the choice of time stays with you.
